Cómo imprimir en una botella de vidrio: guía completa de inkjet CIJ

El vidrio es no poroso, curvo y a menudo afectado por la condensación. Aprenda a lograr un marcaje CIJ legible y duradero en botellas y viales.

Printing on glass requires more than depositing ink on a smooth surface. Bottles may be cold, wet, curved and moving quickly, while the mark must remain readable after handling, condensation or washing.

Why CIJ is suitable for glass

Continuous inkjet prints without contact and follows the bottle on the conveyor. The ink colour and formulation are selected according to glass colour, moisture and required resistance.

Application checklist

Control condensation, printhead distance, conveyor stability, trigger and encoder settings. Validate contrast and barcode or QR-code readability with the scanner used on site. Test rubbing, humidity, detergents, pasteurisation or washing where relevant.

IQJET for bottle marking

The IQJET CIJ offers a hermetic ink system that limits drying and clogging during production pauses. IQPRINT technology helps maintain stable print quality, while XXL cartridges and long maintenance intervals support availability.

Conclusion

A glass application must be validated with the real bottle, ink and production conditions. IQJET is a strong option when reliable contactless coding and high availability are priorities.
